TRAGER® A NEW WAY TO RELAX

MaryLou’s ORGANIC SHEA BUTTER

Trager® A New Way To Relax

Enjoy the long-lasting benefits of The Trager® Approach, a system of gentle, non-invasive movements developed by Milton Trager, M.D., which facilitates deep relaxation, increased physical mobility, and improved mental clarity. Through one or more sessions of the Trager® Approach you can experience— with enjoyment—the release of deep-seated restrictions.

What Happens In A Trager® Session?

A single session of Trager bodywork lasts 1 to 1 1/2 hours. As you lie comfortably on a cushioned table, the Trager Practitioner moves you gently and rhythmically.

The positive effects of Trager sessions can be cumulative. These effects may penetrate below the level of conscious awareness, and therefore, can continue to produce results even after your session. In order to receive the most benefit, a series of sessions is recommended.

Trager sessions are given by certified Trager Practitioners of the Trager Institute. Institute certified Practitioners receive an annual Practitioner renewal certificate. You can contact The Trager Institute for verification.

The Trager® Approach does not involve the treatment or diagnosis of disease, nor is it a substitute for medical treatment when such attention is required or desired. The Trager® Approach employs gentle movement and movement education. A Trager® Practitioner does not treat or diagnose any physical or mental disorder, nor does the Practitioner prescribe treatments. Whenever there is any suspicion or indication or physical or mental disorder, we recommend that a physician be consulted before you receive Trager® sessions.

MaryLou’s ORGANIC SHEA BUTTER

Nourish, Hydrate & Revitalize Your Skin

Shea butter extract is a complex fat that melts at body temperature and absorbs rapidly into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. Shea butter is used as a base for medicinal ointments and cosmetics with a very small percentage used in the products. It is reported to have anti-inflammatory, emollient and humectant properties. It also has anti-bacterial and antifungal properties. It can also be massaged into joints and other parts of the body where pain is experienced.
